I am very, very impressed with this rifle. Zastava seems like a really good company and they actually listen to their customers. If you are a first time AK buyer, this is the one I would recommend. If you are a veteran AK buyer then I still say the M70 is worth it. Sights were straight and on target at 50 meters out of the box. It’s so awesome not having to zero a new rifle. I highly recommend this or any new Zastava firearm.

If you are into the AK platform or want to buy one, check out his channel. ukrguns quickly shipped the rifle to a local FFL and following the obligatory background check, the handoff was smooth. Decent made AK47. Crome lined bore and chrome plated gas piston. Mil spec quality trigger pull with standard creep and slightly gritty. Could use some stoning of the mating parts.One hundred percent functionality of the 60 rounds shot through it so far. Accuracy isn’t too bad holding 3 inch group at 100 yards open sights. The front sight needed adjusted noticeably off center to sight in. Like 3/4 to the right in the front sight dog ears.The stock looks ok with the butt plate being proud in places and not flush. Overall like the rifle so far. Didn’t feel confident buying a Century AK again.And didnt want to spend over 1k.

Absolutely perfect! Upon inspection at my FFL I was very happy. Can’t wait to get it to the range, but if I had the money I’d snag 2 more with different furniture. Highest quality AK platform I’ve ever had. Buy with confidence!
