Just finished building this today. This was my first build and it went pretty smoothly. Only issue I had was where the trigger guard goes it had a small burr on each side and I literally scraped it off. Otherwise seems like a quality lower. Would definitely buy again.

I have not done anything with this one yet, but this not my first one. I usually buy one or more a year for the last 8 years. They all have been great receivers. I will buy again as for the price they are the best out there. Quality just as good as ones costing 3 or more times the price. I do personally prefer the close bottom ones. I will buy again.

I am very happy with this mil spec AR-15 lower. Forged 7075 aluminum lower at a reasonable price. This lower is the same as the ones that cost 2-3 times the price – just the Anderson horse logo instead of a spider or some other thing. Don’t pay more for the same thing. This assembled easily with a Palmetto AR-15 rifle kit.

This lower was well within military acceptable tolerance. the lock up between the upper and lower is rock solid. All the pin holes were within spec. the finish was uniform and has not yet worn through with many trips to the range. I would recommend this for any build use.
