Product is known quality for range ammo. I want to touch on customer service. I didn’t pay the closest attention when I made my order, but the system “glitched” on calculating the weight and I was overcharged on shipping. It wasn’t an issue for me, these things happen. I contacted ukrguns through the site and by the next morning I had a VM saying it was being addressed and would have the difference returned with no issues, which amounted to just over $50. Soon after, the difference was refunded to my card. Not finding much reason to do my shopping from anywhere else.

As a former Tennessee Wildlife Officer I have always been partial to a .38 cal. backup revolver. Retired now, my 3″ barrel revolver is one of my main concealed carry tools. The .38 LRN by American Eagle are good enough to carry when JHP ammo is either too expensive or not available at all. your advertised special was the best deal I had seen since before the pandemic caused such a rush on ammunition. A good plinking ammo. Low recoil, more accurate than I’m capable of shooting it and as Federal ammo has always done for me, it go’s boom when you pull the trigger. The brass casing wall is a little thin on the American Eagle, so if you reload don’t expect to get a lot of reuse out of the brass.

This is an excellent factory ammo and perfect weight for 38spl loads although my 1894 marlin didn’t care for it. Went back to Remington UMC JHP which the ol’ marlin seems to love. American eagle is great ammo…..this load just didn’t work for my particular application…..might for yours.
