This bow is amazing. I was between a Tenpoint and Ravin. I chose the Ravin and am very happy with the choice. Just like cars bows aren’t exempt from getting a bad one Ravin included. I saw a lot of reviews with arms breaking and not have replacements to be gave on tenpoint/wicked ridge. Some cases giving different limbs so they had something that worked. Resulting in months of waiting, shipping, and taking temporary limbs and setting it up to do it all over again when the real ones arrive. Ravin stood behind any faulty components with speed and no supply shortages from everything I read . Yes it is a $3000 bow and is good money for a bow. It’s not all for the bow and is for the reliability and customer service that comes with that price. I’m not putting Tenpoint down either cause they have a really good product as well and own a viper. I rarely write a review but this bow calls for one.
With my first 2 arrows on the target at 40 yards I shot the third and Robinhood! Didn’t split it but destroyed the nock and vein. I couldn’t believe it. I wish it had came with a nock tool so you can make adjustments or replace a nock for when freak luck like that happens. Other then that no complaints besides hunting season not coming fast enough.

Got this for my husband, loves it, easy to use, and the speed is incredible, along with being so quiet, which is perfect for deer hunting. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and put together well.

Exactly what we wanted, very pleased

Shoots fast, and accurate, the problem I see is after sighting in my bow with the Ravin bolts, it fires so hard, I had two bolts split by the nock, didn’t notice it until inspected them closely.

I recently got this bow shot GREAT until Oct.20,2019 I had the bow a month and it was only shot maybe 20 times it blew up on me ……..After contacting Ravin they informed me that it could have been a faulty arrow which was also Ravin arrows that made it blow up but needless to say they will not fix nor replace my bow, but I could send it back to them but they will charge me to fix it ….. over 2,000 dollars in a bow n they wont make things right …….. I had a carbon express several years ago n it broke they over knighted me the parts very next day ….SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH SPENDING THAT MUCH ON A BOW THAT THEY SWEAR BY BUT YET WONT STAND BEHIND IT WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS TO IT ………….Ravin just lost me as a customer n I hope this review makes them loose more because that’s a lot of money for a poor man to come up with to buy one

l like the size of the bow. like the way you cock it. but after only shooting it seven times. on the eight shot it blew up. the right limb broke and flew off in pieces with the string broke all up. $3,000 dollars and you have to send it back to ravin. they should allow the store to make them good on the spot !!!!!!!

This Crossbow was great for the 2 weeks I had it. It was stupid accurate out to 50 yards and even close out to 80. The design is a little terrifying because there is so much tension on that string and limbs, every time I cocked it back I was waiting for something to snap.
Well, the things that I thought would fail didn’t fail. The cocking handle failed while I was decocking, this caused the metal bar to swing backwards with all that force behind it. It cracked the frame and the scope, and my hand. The x-ray at the ER showed that if I had been holding it 1cm further to the right it’d have broken my hand.
In the end I had no choice but to return it. I opted for a TenPoint due to the ridiculous safety of the Acu-Slide system.
